  Legislatures Consider Notice and Right to Cure Bills

As of February 5, 2003, the following Notice & Right to Cure bills have been introduced at the state level.  Link below to view the full text of the bill.

It is expected that similar legislation will be introduced in the following states in the near future: Alabama, Alaska, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina and Wisconsin.
